First of all,wash the chicken pieces well.All the pieces of chicken have to be edged with the knife, so that all the flavors that we put in the marination go to the inside.

FIRST MARINATION...In a bowl, add chicken pieces, then add ginger garlic paste, salt lemon juice..keep the chicken in marination for 30 mintes..

SECOND MARINATION...after half an hour,add red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,rosted cumin powder,black pepprpowder,chat masala,chicken masala,garam masala,kasuri methi,red food colour...now add Hung curd and egg..mix well...Now add cornflour and maida and mix it well..keep chicken in the fridge for at least 1 hour in the second marination.

Now we will fry the chicken.. keep the oil heating.. If the oil is hot, give the chicken pieces..let it cook for 5 10 minutes...

Chicken fried ready to serve
