  • 1कप चावल
  • आधा चम्मच नमक
  • आधा चम्मच तेल

Steps

  1. 1

    एक बड़े कुकर में चावल धोके डाल दीजिए

  2. 2

    जितनी चावल है उससे डबल पानी डाल दीजिए

  3. 3

    नमक और तेल भी डाल दीजिए कुकर में को ढक्कन लगाकर 10 मिनट के लिए कम गैस पर पकने दीजिये

  4. 4

    10 मिनट बाद में जब कुकर ठंडा हो जाए तब गरम गरम स्टीम राइस दाल के साथ परोसे।
