Wash and clean Chicken Bone-in thoroughly to remove any dirt whatsoever. Marinate well with all the ingredients mentioned except the Curry Leaves. Leave it on the kitchen counter for an hour for best results.

Deep fry few pieces at a time in hot Oil on a medium high to high heat. Crisp and tangy fried Chicken is ready in no time at all. Serve hot with few fried Curry Leaves as the garnish. Enjoy with either Rice or Daal at Lunch or with Parathas at Dinner time. You will definitely love it both the ways. I served it with simple boiled Rice and Tomato Pickle style Chutney. Enjoy!
