Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2full cream milk
  • 2eggs
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/3 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 table spooncoffee + 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 1 teaspoonchocolate flavor
  • 1 table spoondistilled white vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the dry ingredients and mix well

  2. 2

    Then gradually add egg,milk,oil and mix using a mixer from low to high speed for 1 minute then add coffee and mix

  3. 3

    Add flavors,vinegar and mix for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in already dust pan and bake
