Moong Salad Dry moong sukha

Wash and soak moong for 6 hours. After 6 hours drain the water and take moong in collander

Take a pressure cooker add oil and keep it for heating. Once oil heats add jeera and hing once it get splutter and fragnant add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes dry masala and saute it till oil release and masala get fry. Add moong into it and mix it

Add lemon masala salt everthing together. Add moong add water according to moong level in pressure cooker. Donot add more water.

Cook upto 2 whistle. Once pressure cools down take it in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon. Dry moong can be eat as a salad or as a side dish with roti also.
