Chop raw mangoes into small pieces. Add 1tsp turmeric powder & 1tsp salt. Mix it & keep it to rest for overnight.

Next day take a grinding jar. Add mustard seeds, cloves & methi dana. Take 1tsp of aniseeds & cumin seeds keep it aside & remaining aniseed & cumin seeds to be added to the jar. Now grind these 4 ingredients to make a powder.

Heat oil in a kadai. Then switch off the gas. Now add all the ingredients, mix it. Saute it little for 4 to 5 min. Keep it aside to cool.

Once the masala is cooled down. Add raw mango which was kept aside. Mix all & store it in a glass jar. Press the pickle downwards & let oil to float above. This pickle can be stored for a year. It will be ready to eat after a week.
