Heat the oil in the pan

Now add the chopped veggies one by one

Now add 1tsp haldi, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala

Add a little water and cook till it's mushy

Add 1 cup of milk and cook it for 3-4 minutes

Add 1tsp of malai

Transfer into the bowl and add sev on the top
