Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ozpork loin
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1onion
  • Oyster sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Chili sauce
  • Sugar
  • Seasoning powder
  • Black pepper
  • 1egg white
  • Cornstarch
  • Lime juice/vinegar

    Slice the pork into strips, season with seasoning powder and black pepper. Mix with 1 egg white, coat with cornstarch, and fry. Fry twice for extra crispiness.

    Cut the bell pepper and onion. Sauté the bell pepper in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice/vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, and a little water. Stir well, add the onion and cook until the onion is done and the sauce thickens, then add the pork to the pan and stir to coat.
