Steps

Take a bread slice and roll it as thinly as possible with a rolling pin. (Use fresh white bread)

Using a bottle lid or any container lid, cut the bread slice into a circle.

Grease the muffin tin generously with butter.

Place the bread circles gently into the muffin cup to form a cup shape.

Apply pizza sauce inside the bread cups and fill the cups with the vegetable mixture

Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, and grated mozzarella cheese.

Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until bread cups turn nice golden.

Carefully remove
