Ingredients

  1. Oil - 3 tblsp
  2. Ginger -1 tblspn finaly chopped
  3. Garlic - tblspn finaly chopped
  4. Spring onion a handful finaly chopped
  5. 1 tspCornflour
  6. Water - 2 tblspn
  7. For Marination,
  8. Boneless skinless chicken breast - 2 larg cut into cubes
  9. Egg - soya souce - 1tsp - cornflour - 4 tblspn all-purpose flour/ mada - 2tblspn,salt to taste,paper to taste
  10. For sauce s, tomato - kecthup 1/4 cup. Soya souce - 1 tblspn. Green chilli sauce - 3 tblspn, red chilli sauce - 3 tblspn.vinggar - 1tsp, sugar - 1/2 tsp

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients for marination, heat all in a nonstick pan, put the chicken in all and fry till golden on both sides.remove it and set aside.

    Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside mix cornflour with water and set aside

  3. 3

    In the remaining oil,add in ginger garlic and spring onion and fry for a min. Add in sauce and mix well. Let it bubble up till it thickens.

    Add water and bring to a boil.

  5. 5

    Add the fried chicken in and cornflour mix toss well. Add in spring onion and mix well.
