Mango custard 4 tbp
1 literMilk
Sugar 4 tbp
2 cupsMango purre
Mango 3 big
Plain cake 1 whole loaf
Tinfruit 1 can
1 packetJelly red

Make custard as per packet instructions.

Make mango puree by blending 2 mangoes, 3 tbp sugar and 2 tbp water.

Make jelly as per packet instructions.

Strain tin fruits, save it's juice and keep aside.

At the bottom of serving dish layer plain cake cut in pieces, pour tin fruit juice all over the cake, add custard layer, fruits, mango chuncks, mango puree and repeat.

Garnish with jelly and fruits
