  1. 5big potatoes
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Salt
  4. Vinegar
  5. Water

    Peel potatoes, wash them and slice to thin layer using this

    Mix salt and vinegar like 2tbspn in water and soak your sliced potatoes for 30 minutes. Vinegar enhances flavor and helps in bringing out the crispy texture well.

    Dry your potatoes with a kitchen towel and fry them in hot oil for 3 minutes. Sprinkle a little salt or chilli and serve. I packed some for tomorrow yeeey,, enjoy
