Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1red pepper
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1 canchickpeas
  5. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  6. 2whole jalapenos (seeded)
  7. 1 TbspFrank's Red Hot Sauce
  8. 1/2 cantomato sauce (680 ml can, use 1/2)
  9. 1 (28 oz)can diced tomato
  10. 1 Tbspchili powder
  11. 1 tspdried basil
  12. 1/2chopped onion
  13. 1 Tbspsugar
  14. 1 cankidney beans

Cooking Instructions

    Cook ground beef with onion. Drain fat

  2. 2

    Slice garlic gloves.

  3. 3

    Cut red and green peppers into 1 inch pieces.

  4. 4

    Cut jalapeno (I remove the seeds so that it is not too spicy)

  5. 5

    Add all ingredients (veggies, garlic, chickpeas, tomato sauce and paste, spices) to the meat.

    Bring to a boil. Let simmer for 1 hour and stir frequently.
