I don't know the official name for this dish but it's my favorite soup lol.
Cooking Instructions

Sear chicken.

Cook spices until they're lata and mabango. Add chicken. Fry well.

Add water. (amount actually depends on how much of a soup lover you are lol.)

Let boil then simmer for 15 minutes (so that the soup will be malasa of the chicken 🐔)

Flavor with fish sauce (patis bes). To taste (i like it salty lol)

Add pechay then turn the stove off. Do not cover coz your life will become brown and rotten. Your parents will become mad at you lol.
