Ingredients

  • 3large crabs (cut in to portions)
  • 5gloves minced garlic
  • 1onion (minced)
  • 4 cupscoconut milk
  • 3 tbsspoon cooling oil
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 4Thai Chilli
  • 1 cupmalunggay leaves
  • 1 tbsfish sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot, sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger.

  2. 2

    Add the ground black pepper and coconut milk then bring to a boil. Add the Thai chilli and simmer for 5 minutes. Add fish sauce.

  3. 3

    Put the crabs in the pot and mix until evenly covered with coconut milk. Simmer for 5 to 20 minutes.
