Sugar 1 tab's
Imli as required
1 glassWater
Lemon juice 3 tab's
1/4tab's red chilli,
1/4tab's black pepper
1/2cumin powder
1tablespoons chaat masala

Combine the tamarind and water in a deep bowl, cover it with a lid and keep aside for 30 minutes

Strain the mixture using a strainer in a deep bowl.

Combine all the ingredients with the strained tamarind pulp and 1 cup of chilled water in a mixer and blend till smooth.

Serve chilled.
