1 tspvanilla essence
1/2 tspcaramel essence
1 tspinstant coffee powder
1/2 cuphot coffee

Measure all the ingredients, grease the baking tin pre heat oven, sieve flour and coffee
2

In a bowl add sugar, oil, eggs and essence and whisk
3

Add in flour and fold in add the hot coffee and continue folding in. Put in the baking tin and bake for 40 minutes or till skewers come out clean.
