  1. 1 3/4 cupspasta sauce
  2. 1/4 cupdry red wine
  3. 1 cupshredded mozzarella (4 oz)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix pasta sauce and wine in medium saucepan over medium heat until alcohol evaporates (~5 mins)

    Pour into fondue pot and add cheese. Let stand for 5 mins to melt cheese
