Steps

Take suji in a bowl and add water to it. Mix it well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

In a pan take ghee and add sugar to it.

Start cooking sugar in ghee till it dissolve completely and turns brown.

Once sugar turns brown add suji mixture to it.

Cook it by continuously stirring it till the karah start leaving the ghee.

Add cardamom powder and almonds to it.

Cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Serve it hot.
