1/2# velveeta cheese
1/2# queso blanco
1/2 cupchopped onion
1/4 cupchopped cilantro
1/2 cangreen chili tomatoes
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1fresh lime juiced
1garlic chopped fine

Mix all in a shallow aluminum container

45 minutes on smoker 185-200 degrees

Mix thoroughly and smoke another 15-20 minutes

Cover with foil and set aside to cool 5 minutes then serve

(Option: add 1/2 to 1 # browned breakfast sausage)
