Everyone likes to use cinnamon, so why not a cinnamon macaroon.

Place the egg whites, sift the all purpose flour, sugar and ground cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 325 F. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Cut a small hole in the corner of a food bag (Ziploc). Put a parchment on a baking tray and put the mix on it making macaron-sized circles. Bake until golden brown for 9-12 minutes. After finished cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk peanut butter until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Put in a food bag (Ziploc),pipe in the macaroons and make it like a sandwich cookie.
