By using double boiler method melt dark and white chocolate.Add 4 tbsp hot milk to each chocolate and mix well. Also in another two bowl take mango shake And rose syrup.

In other bowl beat the eggs with sugar till fluffy.

Add butter to above bowl.

Then to this add atta and mix well.Then add milk in two batches by mixing in between.

Then split this to four parts by adding them to bowl of four essence (chocolates melted,rose syrup and mango shake).Mix them well.

Heat a tawa, grease it then pour small amountof (1tbsp spoon full) the crepe mix from 4 bowl one above another. Spread using a ladle.

When the sides of crepe becomes light brown take it gently from tawa then fold this to a cone shape or can use a cone mould
- 8
Fill this with fruits chopped and whipping cream.
