  • 1/2 cupparsley chopped fresh
  • 1English cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cupfresh mint
  • 1/4 cupchopped green onion
  • 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes
  • Dressing
  • 1 tablespoonpomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 teaspoonsumac

    Mix the dressing and get it ready for salad

  2. 2

    Wash all the vegetables and chopped roughly all same size bite serve over Romanian lettuce when you ready to serve add the dressing on top
