1 KatoriLeft over Rice
as required Salt
1 tspTomato ketchup
1 tspBlack Pepper
1 packet Maggi Masala,for increase taste
pinch Red chilli
as required Oil for fry

Take a 1 Cup left over Rice

Mash,(grind) this rice,with the help of hands.Mix Salt,Maggi Masala,black pepper or red chilli powder in it.

Make a Samll size balls,this mixture.

Deep fry until they changed Color
