For a healthy and tasty meal during fasting, without salt, garlic, or onion, banana pancakes made with Malbhog bananas are a great option.

Add the bananas, flour, and sugar to a blender jar. Pour in 1 cup water (about 240 ml) and blend once.

Add the milk and 1 tablespoon butter, then blend again until you have a smooth, thin batter. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, heat a nonstick pan. Add 1/2 tablespoon butter, then pour in some batter to make small pancakes. When bubbles form and the bottom turns golden with a lacy texture, flip the pancake. Add a little more butter if needed.

Repeat to make all the banana pancakes. Serve with your favorite toppings like rabri, rice pudding, vermicelli pudding, or honey.
