Wash your hand cover your head say BismiAllah and Daroud shareef

Now put wok on stone add oil and shallow fry Potatoes and then Arvi separately

Turn on your flame place a pan on it add onions garlic tomatoes salt and 1/4 cup water now cook it on low flame until all ingredients will be tenderize then make it gravy with the help of spoon along with add all spices instead of coriander and cumin seed

After that cook very well this gravy untill oil release now this time add yoghurt while this time flame will be low is an important thing and cover with lip

Then add fry veggies and coriander and cumin seed and cook again untill cook very well after that keep on dum for 5m with the little bit water(if needed)

After 5m take it out garnished it with coriander and chilli and serve it with chappati or paratha 😋😋😋
