  • 3 tbssookhi kasuri maithi
  • 1 tbsadrak lehson paste
  • 1/2 bowldahi
  • 1 tsplaal mirch powder
  • 1 tspdarla laal mirch
  • 1 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 7se 8 sabaz mirchn
  • 1/2 cupoil/ghee

    Handi mein oil grm kar ke us mein pyaaz fry krn hlka brown hone par us main adrak lehson or chickn add kar ke use achi trhaan bhunen ke kacha pan door ho jay

    Phir us mein tamatar or masale add kar ke bhunen or 5 min bhun'ne ke baad dahi add kar ke use achi trhan bhunen ke oil alag ho jay masale se

  3. 3

    Jab masala achi trhaan bhun jaay to us mein sabaz murchn chop kar ke orr ubli hoi palak pees kar add karein or use medium flame par 15 se 20 min pkne dein

  4. 4

    Jab chickn gal jaaye or palak ka pani khushk ho jaay or achi trhaan pak jay to phir prathe yaa roti ke sath khayn
