Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsabudana or sago soaked overnight
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 3-4Curry leaves
  6. 2 tbspchopped potatoes
  7. 3-4 tbsproasted peanuts crushed
  8. 2 tspgreen chillies finely chopped
  9. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. As per tasteSendha namak
  12. as requiredcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a deep pan, add the cumin seeds and curry leaves.

    When seeds crackle, add green chilies, potatoes, and grated ginger mix well and saute for 2 or 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add sago and peanuts mix well and saute for 3 mins.
    Add enough water, mix well and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and sugar, mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
