Ingredients

  • Coconut curry
  • 1/2 cupDecsenatied coconut
  • 1 cupYogurt
  • 1/4 cupbeisan
  • 3green chillies
  • 2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • Curry leaves 6
  • 4Small bell chiilies
  • Beef masala
  • 3 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 4 tbspOil
  • 2 tbspSalt
  • 2 tbspCumin seed
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • Onions 2 small sliced Tomatoes 2 large
  • 3 tbspCoriander powder
  • Spagetis /noodles
  • 1 packSpagetis
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First made coconut curry heat oil now add cumin cur ry leaves and fry then add all ingredients in blender and mid them now add in pot and add 2glass of water. Cook on high heat for 15mins then on low heat for 15mins more to acquired the desire consistency

    For Beef masala add oil in pot now add onions and fry them until soft now add beef and all spices and cook add 1 cup water and cook until meat get tender.

    Boil Spagetis in water add salt and oil in it strain it and wash with cold water and set aside

  4. 4

    Now for assembling fry 1 onion until golden brown set aside.

  5. 5

    Fry garlic cut in small slices ubtil golden.

  6. 6

    Coriander leaves and mint leaves cut them.green chillies 2 cut them in pieces. And lemon juice

  7. 7

    Assembling first put spagetis then coconut curry then beef masala and fried onions add lemin juice green chiilies and slims chips and enjoy.
