At first take the milk and add the vinigar and keep it aside from 10 minutes.

Now take a mixing bowl. Mix the whole Ingrediants for the dough(flour, 1tbs butter,1pinch salt, baking soda, baking powder)mix it well. Then add the vinigar mix milk knead it and make a soft dough.

Now rest the dough for 10minutes.again knead the dough for a minute.

Now its time for filling..first take a bowl poured 2tbs butter, tbs brown sugar mix it very well then add the cinnamon powder and coco powder and make a smooth paste.

Next roll out the dough shape it up a rectangle thik roti. Then spreads the cinnamon mixture evenly. Then fold it into 3flaps and roll slightly to stick the mixture.

Then divide it into 3stripes and take one stripe. Then cut it in the middle part then twist it to make a braid and tuck both the edges at the bottom. And place it in the muffin cases or baking tray. Here i used a baking tray.

At that time. Take a karahi and pre heat with some salt. Then place a small steel stand ring and place the baking tray in the pre heat karhai then place the roll gentley and cook it for 20minute on medium flame.

Once it cook, brush with metlted butter for softness. And better taste.

Now its ready to eat..serve it.
