  1. 1/2 kgRaw Papaya (kacha Papita)

    Wash the papaya throughly.peel if there are any scars or marks at papaya.we make paste with skin on.

    Cut the papaya.remove seeds if present.luckily this papaya had no seeds so I remove the upper thin layer from flesh.

  3. 3

    Cut in small chunks.

  4. 4

    Add in chopper/grinder and grind into fine paste.I did not use water yet if you feel need add just little water

  5. 5

    When finely crumbly pasty take out. Pour in some jar or airtight box and keep in fridge. It can be freeze as well and use from time to time.
