Kacha Papita or Raw Papaya act as a meat tenderizer in our routine desi meat recipes.it well serves the purpose of meat tenderization for kababs to bbq or from mutton to beef.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the papaya throughly.peel if there are any scars or marks at papaya.we make paste with skin on.

Cut the papaya.remove seeds if present.luckily this papaya had no seeds so I remove the upper thin layer from flesh.

Cut in small chunks.
- 4
Add in chopper/grinder and grind into fine paste.I did not use water yet if you feel need add just little water
- 5
When finely crumbly pasty take out. Pour in some jar or airtight box and keep in fridge. It can be freeze as well and use from time to time.
