Assalam o Allikum friends.Ginger,garlic and papaya plays a vital role in eid dishes.They also have many benefits.If we talk about papaya so papaya is a meat tenderizer and helps to relieve constipation.It also reduces skin aging.If we talk about ginger then ginger tea is good remedy for cold.Last,but not the least garlic reduces cholesterol level.Hence,they all are beneficial for health.I hope you will like my recipe Thankyou:)

Ingredients

10 to 12 mins
  • For ginger paste
  • 2large Ginger
  • 2 tbspWater
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspOil
  • For garlic paste
  • 2Garlic bulb(large)
  • 2 tbspWater
  • 1/2t.spoon Salt
  • 1/2t.spTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspOil
  • For papaya paste
  • 1Papaya
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1/2t.spoon Turmeric powder

Steps

10 to 12 mins

    Wash the ginger and dry it completely.Peel the ginger cut it into pieces and put into the blender with salt and water.Blend them well to make a fine paste.Place this paste into a jar.Put oil and turmeric powder and close the lid of jar.

    Peel the garlic cloves.Add the garlic cloves in a blender and also add salt and water with it.Blend for 2 to 3 minutes.Take out the paste in a jar.Add oil and turmeric powder.

    For making papaya paste you will need 1 papaya(No need to peel off papaya) and 1 cup water.Discard the seeds of papaya if there are any.Pour water and then add papaya in a blender.Blend well.Take out papaya mixture from a blender and strain it until the water strain out completely and turns out into a paste.Place the paste into a jar and add turmeric powder.Papaya paste is ready.
