2eggs
3/4 cupsugar
halfcup butter/oil
1/4 tspsalt
1/3 cupcocoa powder
1 tspvanila assence
1/2 cupflour
1 tspbaking powder

In a mixing bowl crack eggs and add oil beat well for 2 to 3 minutes

Add sugar beat more for 2 minutes add and vanilla assence beat again

Now add sifted flour cocoa powder salt and baking powder and fold with soft hands with the help of a spatulla

Grease and line a 8 by 8 baking pan pour this mixture in pan spread evenly tap twice

In a pre heated oven bake it on 170 for 30 to 35 minutes

Let it cool then cut into square slices and dust with icing sugar

I used some sliced pistachios on top 😋❤ soft and spoungy brownies is ready to be served.
