Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoya chunks soaked in water
  2. 3 tspcorn flour
  3. to tastesalt
  4. As neededoil for frying
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil for frying.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add soya chunks.now add corn flour.

  3. 3

    Now add salt,red chilli powder and black pepper Powder.

  4. 4

    Then add ginger-garlic paste.mix well.

  5. 5

    Now deep fry it in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Take out from oil and serve hot.

  7. 7

    Serve with tomato sauce.
