Paneer Bread Roll

Chop coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli. Add paneer and all dry masale. Mash and mix thoroughly.

Now dip the bread slice in water and squeeze carefully with your hands and remove excess water. Keep stuffing over it and fold like a cylinder and pressing its edges.

Like wise make all the rolls.

Heat oil in a karahi and put rolls in the wok and deep fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
