Boil half of the milk and add lemon juice to make it curdle.Now strain the whey and wash the paneer.And keep it side in a cloth for 30 minutes.

Now boil left over milk and reduce to half at low medium flame and then add paneer and cardamom and cook it till it becomes thick.Now add sugar and stirr it continuously until thickens.

Now grease the plate and spread it on it and make it smooth and spread dry fruits and press it a little.And let it set for 2 hours.Then cut it in to pieces.

Our delicious soft juicy kalakand burfi is ready to serve.Enjoy
