In a pan take ghee.Roast flour for 2 minutes only.Tale oit in other plate.

Now take a pan for making chashni.Take sugar and as measurement given on top.

Make one string sugar syrup.Add essence.Check the chashni.In low flame add roasted flour on it.Then add milk powder and give anice mix.

Mix well.when it starting remove pan add tutty fruity.Now Transfer in greased tray to set it.

Cut in burfi shale as you want.serve or enjoy the nice aroma butter scotch burfi in your festival days.
