  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • 1 kgboiled maize
  • Spinach
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your maize and when they are well cooked put them aside, boil your potatoes as well until they are well cooked

  2. 2

    Boil your spinach for about 5 min

  3. 3

    Put all your pre-cooked dishes in one sufuria and evenly mashed them.

  4. 4

    Enjoy it with a well cooked beef stew or steamed cabbage
