Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 3medium sized zucchini
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/4 cupMarsala cooking wine
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspLawry’s seasoned salt
  • 1 tspold bay seasoning
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbschopped parsley

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut zucchini in 1” widths and place on a sheet of tin foil that is big enough to wrap it all up

  2. 2

    Slice half onion and add to zucchini

  3. 3

    Pour Marsala wine on zucchini and onion.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the zucchini and wrap the tin foil up and place on the grill on medium heat for25 minutes

  5. 5

    Dump out of tin foil into a serving bowl.
