Wash and Soak sago pearls in water for Half an hour now drain the water and keep washed sago to get fluffy for 8 hours

In a bowl add soaked Sago, peanut powder and sendha salt. Keep aside.

In a pan heat ghee, crackle Cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, saute for a minute then add boiled and chopped Potatoes, roast it till it becomes brown, now add chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Now add soaked Sago in pan and give it a good mix. Cover and cook it Sago pearls turn translucent add a bit of water if Required.

Add Coriander leaves and Serve hot.
