As we all know sprouts are good source of protein, vitamins, and immunity booster.
Keeping current situation and festival session in mind I tried to create some healthy dessert with sprouts.

As we all know sprouts are good source of protein, vitamins, and immunity booster.
Keeping current situation and festival session in mind I tried to create some healthy dessert with sprouts.
Steps

In mixer grinder jar grind the all sprouts to a fine paste

Heat the ghee in nonstick pan, add the paste, and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 min. While constant stirring.

When roasting done properly the sprouts paste starts leaving pan, and paste convert into dry mixture.

Remove from the heat, add bura, Cardamom powder, and dry fruits powder. Mix well (add more ghee or milk or cream if required)

Roll into small balls. Your sprouts laddu is ready. Store in air tight container.
