Boiled and Grind the corn coarsely.

Heat ghee in a pan, and roast crushed corn for min at low flame.

Mean while heat milk in a deep heavy bottom pan.

Add sugar to the milk and cardamom powder. Mix well and boiled it till it thickened.

Add corn and mix well.

Add saffron milk and mix. Add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.

Let the kheer cool down to room temperature. Then keep it in a refrigerator to chill. Served it chilled.
