Singaporean rice with gravy sauce

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbasmati rice
  2. 1 cupmayonnaise
  3. 4 tablespoonsketchup
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Spaghetti
  6. Chilly peppers(add it to the mayonnaise mix)
  7. Gravy sauce
  8. Chicken breast (cut into bits)
  9. Slicecarrot
  10. Slicegreen pepper
  11. Sliced onions
  12. Grinded ginger and garlic
  13. Maggi and salt
  14. Grinded black pepper
  15. Grinded cumin
  16. Soy sauce
  17. Halflemon
  18. Mixture of 1 tablespoon of cornflour in 1/2 cup of water

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the spaghetti and rice in a different pot and set aside

    In a pot add 2 tablespoons of oil then first add the onions stir till it starts turning brown then add the chicken breast

  3. 3

    Stir for about 4 mins then add green pepper,red pepper, garlic,ginger,and hot pepper. Cover the pot and let it cook for some mins

    Add 1 cube maggi and stir then add the 2 tablespoons of ketchup and stir. Lastly add the corn flour mixture and cover the pot for 2 minutes

    Using a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter then add garlic and green pepper and stir. We are going to use it to garnish

    To make a plate. First u make a layer with rice, then top it with spaghetti, add the sauce and finally garnish with the veggies and mayonnaise
