Season the chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, and ginger, and set aside.

Mix the soy sauce, molasses, paprika, ginger, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt (since soy sauce is salty).

In a pan, heat a little oil, preferably sesame oil, and sauté the onions for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and sauté for another minute, then add the minced garlic.

Add half of the soy sauce and molasses mixture to the vegetables and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Coat the chicken in flour and fry it.

This step is done at serving time: add the chicken to the vegetables, let it simmer, and serve.

In a pan, bring the remaining soy sauce and molasses mixture to a boil, then add the cooked pasta.

Place the pasta on a serving plate with the Cantonese chicken on the side. Enjoy!
