Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbschicken breast, cut into cubes
  2. Cubed bell peppers
  3. Cubed onions
  4. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 2 tablespoonsmolasses
  6. 4 tablespoonssoy sauce
  7. 1/4 teaspoonpaprika
  8. 1/4 teaspoonginger
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Flour
  11. Cooked and drained spaghetti or fettuccine

Cooking Instructions

    Season the chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, and ginger, and set aside.

    Mix the soy sauce, molasses, paprika, ginger, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt (since soy sauce is salty).

    In a pan, heat a little oil, preferably sesame oil, and sauté the onions for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and sauté for another minute, then add the minced garlic.

    Add half of the soy sauce and molasses mixture to the vegetables and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Coat the chicken in flour and fry it.
