  3. 2(tablespoon) Dried Coriander
  4. 1 tspChilli Flakes
  5. 1/4 tspFannel Seeds
  6. 3Cardamom
  7. 1 StickCinimum
  8. 5Cloves
  9. 6-7Black pepper
  10. 1small Onion
  11. 15Cashews
  12. 1/2 cupOil
  13. 1(tablespoon) Ginger Garlic paste
  14. 1 tspSalt
  15. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  16. 1 tspCoriander powder
  17. 1 tspCumin seeds
  18. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  19. 3Tomato Paste
  20. 3(tablespoon) Yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    Sub say pehlay potatoes ko oil may golden brown honay tuk fry karein

    Phir ik grinder may cumin seed,dried Coriander, Chilli Flakes, fannel seeds,cardamom,Cinnamon stick,cloves,black pepper dalein or grind Kar lein

    Phir onion ko blender may daal Kar blend Kar lein or cashews ka powder bana lein or phir ik patilay may oil dalein or phir ginger garlic paste dalein or usay pakayen phir us may salt,red chilli powder, Coriander powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder dalein or achi tarah pakayen or phir us may onion ka paste or cashews daal dein or achi tarah pakayen or phir us may tomato paste or Yogurt dalein or 10-15 minute Kay liay pakayen or phir us may potatoes daal dein

    Or phir un ko achi tarah pakayen low flame pay

    Or phir us may saray grind kiay huay spices dalein or pakayen or phir serve Karen
