Ingredients

30 minutes

  • Halfkg rice soaked in water
  • 2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 3 clovegarlic roughly chopped
  • 2 glasswater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Halfcup oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil. Fry garlic, cumin and bay leaf.

  2. 2

    Add 2 glass of water. Add salt. When water start boiling add soaked rice. Cook till rice done.

  3. 3

    Serve with murq cholay or any gravy.
