Dry chilli paneer
Steps

Cut paneer into cube shape and marinate it in cornstarch and salt with slash of water! Keep it aside for 2 min!

Heat the oil in pan and fry marinated paneer until golden brown

Heat the oil in a pan for gravy and saute chopped ginger and garlic till crackle! Then add chopped onion and capsicum and fry till half cooked!

Add soya sauce, and ketchup and a splash of water and cook for 2 min
- 5
Add fried paneer cook for a min, and add salt, chilli sauce and vinegar into it. Further cook it for 1 min.

Mix cornflour in some water and add into the mixture and cook it for 2 more min till it gain a desired thickness!

Garnish it with chopped spring onions! Tasty chilli paneer is ready to be served!
