Ingredients

8-16pcs
  • 2 pcslatundan banana or plantains
  • 150 gall-purpose flour
  • 300 mlwater
  • 80 ggranulated sugar
  • 1egg
  • Oil to fry

Steps

    Cut each banana into 4 or 8

  2. 2

    Mix the flour with sugar, add some water and beaten egg, stir all together until incorporated

  3. 3

    Add the sliced banana into the mixture and let them cover with the batter

  4. 4

    Put some oil in a pan, just enough to fry half or all the above

  5. 5

    Fry the banana, place it into oil one by one (individually) let it cook until brown

  6. 6

    Remove from oil, place it in a paper towel to remove the excess oil

  7. 7

    Serve it with some tea or coffee. Enjoy!
