Steps

First, take raw mango wash well and wipe out with a towel. Now peel out and cut into small pieces. Put in a mixer and make a fine paste without adding water.

Now take a non-stick pan and add Ghee, hing and cook for a while and add the paste of raw mango. Cook at the low-medium flame for 5 mins and keep on stirring it. Now add crushed jaggery and mix well. keep cooking for 10 mins. Then add black salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt and mix well.

When the paste gets thick and leaves the pan then take out from pan in a greased plate. Let it get to room temperature.

Now make the small balls of the paste and coat in sugar powder. Now store in an airtight container with little sugar powder in it.
